Europe from Z to A…2

In 2015:

The Internet defined honeymoon as: a holiday spent together by a newly married couple.

The Internet defined newly as: only just; recently.

In 2025:

AI now defines a mid life crisis as: a period of self-reflection and emotional turbulence that some middle-aged adults experience as they reassess their identity and life choices.

And the same bot defines a honeymoon anniversary as: the celebration of a couple’s honeymoon, whether it’s the actual anniversary of the trip or a celebration of the time spent together as newlyweds. It’s a chance to revisit those special moments, rekindle romance, and appreciate the journey as a couple.

Any astute followers of Z2A and the money markets, would have surely been thinking the current plunge in the Aussie dollar surely means James and Lea are planning on investing a silly amount of time and money on a trip to Europe soon.  And they’d be right! But what they might not realise, is it’s coming up to our TEN year honeymoon anniversary, so take whatever relevant parts of the above definitions you see fit to come up with your own descriptors for us trying to recapture our “youth” before we start posting photos of a sweaty, greying “man” with a back pack to sway you one way or t’other.

So follow us as we polish our rings and spend 8 weeks riding planes, trains, boats, funiculars and FIAT 500 clutches around TEN countries as we see Europe from Z 2 A…2*!

*I thought I had a good handle on how these names come about and now wondering what the extra 2 in Z2A2 is?

Well, as you may remember, the original Z2A was from Zagreb to Amsterdam: https://europez2a.com/europez2a/z2a/

So for the 10th anniversary of that trip, we’ll again be doing Z2A, but this time from Zadar (thank God for Croatia) to Arbois!!  Except not in that order…and with other places on either side….in fact we’re actually going from Paris to Paris again.

Paris to Paris?? We remember that from 2016, P2P! Why not do P2P2 then? That’s quite catchy?

Hey!…that’s actually a really good idea too…but shut up. It’s waaaay too late and we’re very happy with Z2A2 thank you. So stop criticising and just get on board!
